Racalmare.com is not a building agency, therefore we do not impose any commission on the lease, that is directly made between owners and renters.
The building agencies are not authorized to insert lease offers for holiday houses in the site Racalmare.com.
If you have already included a lease offer on the site Racalmare.com, you do not have to enrol yourself again as an owner, you can include different and several offers in your personal dossier.

Racalmare.com publishes house lease offers for the holidays: we accept every kind of lodging, villas, apartments, rustic houses, bungalows, mobile homes, etc., with the only condition that they must equipped with independent kitchen and bathroom.
Racalmare.com does not publish announcements for leases of rooms, hotels, farm holidays, single rooms or shared apartments (except if there is the possibility of the independent renting of the lodging).

If you have already included a lease offer on Racalmare.com:
- it is not necessary to create a new personal dossier as an owner. You can use your usual account to insert different lease offers,
- do not insert again the same offer, you can renew the publication of the already existent lease offer in your personal dossier, after having updated the planning, the rates , the photos, the description).
Old offers included several times to profit of the free month of publication or of the promotional offers addressed to the new announcements will not be published.

The detailed description of your lease offer will be automatically translated into Italian, English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
